So every now and then when ever I am done urinating I have a sharp pain in my penis. It does not last very long but it still hurts. I think it is from drinking too much water or maybe not enough... what do you guys think.

You should never have pain when urinating. I suggest you see a urologist if this continues as it could be serious. If you don't drink enough fluids try drinking more but not to excess. Pain like that is trying to tell you something is wrong and needs to be addressed as soon as possible. P.S. I'm not a dude either. My mother was an R.N. for literally 50 years and taught me a lot.
