    Neon ceiling light,sometimes works,sometimes doesn't
    I have a harbor breeze ceiling neon ceiling light that tries to come on but does not fully come on. It used to work some times and sometimes not. Could this be the bulb going out or something else?

    Try the bulb in a different light and see if it does the same thing. If it does then the bulb is going. If it does not do it, then the fixure needs some TLC.
