    Are you referring to an online troll? If so, it is the term used for people who like to go into chatrooms or forums and instigate trouble. :)

    Learn something new everyday! I thought raggablue was referring to a scary childhood story I remember being called "Three Billy Goats Bluff" about three goats crossing a bridge but a big monster like entity they called a troll wouldn't let them pass. I don't remember the story line but just remmeber as a little girl it scared me and I sure didn't pass it on to my kiddos. LOL
