Need to add daughter to deed
How do I add my daughter to our deed in Florida? Mortgage is not an issue. Our clerk told me to check our quit claim deeds or Warranty deeds. I don't want to convey title to her, just add her to our title?

There is a sticky at the top of this form that explains this. You CAN'T just amend a deed. The only way to change title of real property is to convey the property from the current owners to the new owners. So if you and your wife are owners and you want your daughter to be added, you and your wife have to quit claim the property from yourselves to yourselves and your daughter.
