    Iregular periods.
    Mine lasted a few days (3) And Was VERY ligtht,
    Been off for a week or so and still have Bad cramping,And Dizzyness?

    Take a pregnancy test.
    If negative go to OBGYN and ask them to test for PCOS/PCOD.
    I haven't had my period since... July of '07. I am 5'8 and 260 lbs. My lack of one is dude to my weight.
    Check with an OBGYN or Gyno.
