    Mold and Rent
    The Celing In My Apartment Is Leaking And I Have A Mold Problem.when The Landlord Fixes This Problem Can He Ask For The Rent I Have Been Withholding?

    Are you putting that rent into an escrow account? You can't just stop paying rent because of a repair issue. The landlord can charge you late fees and evict you for doing so.

    So yes, if you are withholding rent because of a repair problem, as soon as the problem is fixed you should turn over the withheld amounts.
