    Fixing concrete steps?
    Hello,

I renting a two family flat in Michigan. Recently, a huge hole has appeared on the concrete step outside the home. My landlord states that it cannot be fixed because it is winter here in Michigan. I disagree. I informed her that she probably can't repair the step but it probably can be replaced.

Can someone verifiy this for me?

It could be replaced with a preformed concrete stair but the LL is not required to spend that kind of money if it is not a dangerous situation to you. Since the temp in Michigan probably hit 60 today a concrete patch is not out of the question either. You could pour concrete pretty much all week this week.
