    Can I claim my son
My expected date to have my baby is Feb. 19 2008 can I claim him on my tax return or do I have to wait until next year. I was told if I wait until the last day to file taxes I should be able to carry him I just wanted to make sure.

Sorry but you can not claim him on the 2007, he would have had to be born by Dec 31 to be claimed,
