    US Citizen Married in England. He's there I'm here
    I married in england several years ago, have been separated for almost 3 years. NO contact with my ex. I want to file for divorce. How much aggro is this going to be?

    kabu239: you should have satisfied your state's residency requirement, and you should be able to file for divorce where you are currently living, as she will be served by publication. You may not be able to obtain any relief other than the dissolution of the marriage; other issues such as division of property and payment of debts may have to wait until you can get personal service.
