    Loooong distance love
The love of my life has had to move to india with her family and we are slowly losing touch. Because of the time difference we haven't been able to call while the others awake. I don't have her address and she hasn't got email and it costs too much for me to call so I have to wait for her to ring but even then the signal is bad and we soon lose the line. Any ideas?

Which part of india, do you know ? India has many states. When she calls you next time, ask her to give the mailing address first.

She lives in Goa but when she calls we try to fit as much catching-up in as possible

Until you can establish better ways to communicate then its tough. Can you afford a cell phone plan, like nextel?

It's not hard to find a spot in Goa where you can use the internet for small charges. Schools, libraries, roadside internet café and many more. Just tell her to create a new account in Yahoo or whatever. You guys can have voice/video chat as well if you have enough time.

Accept the fact that it's over and move on. She's literally on the other side of the world, about as far away that she can be (assuming that you are in the US, which makes sense because of the time difference you mention.)

I may be blinded by love but this is the kind of relationship you see in the movies, ups and downs and.. . hopefully a happy ending. We've been through worse than being apart for abit and she'll come home in a couple of months, we promised that we would stick through it, and we will

Just keep struggling along until she returns. If your relationships survived six months apart, it will survive a few more weeks. Good luck.

It can but not without work. Love is like a fire if you don't stoke it it will go out. Be prepared to put into it what you want to get out of it.

First of all, how old are both of you, how long have you been dating, and does she plan on coming back?

We're both 15, we've been dating for a little under a year. It waan't her choice to leave, her mum left to pursue her business dream and they'll be back when the rainy season starts.
She never wanted to go but there was no legal way she could have stayed in england, the move hase ruined her education and separated her from her friends and things:(

Well, I would definitely get her mailing address the next time you talk. Definitely set up an email address. Do whatever you can to maintain contact. Then, send her a cute care package or something in the mail.
