Sink and toilet worked fine. All other (3) bathrooms also work fine. I remover the handle to ensure I was getting valve open and yes it opens.. Any thoughts..

OK what I find now is. When I disasemble the twist handle hot/cold lever from tub front. The preasure was about to spray wild. I guess I need to find the main off switch for water and disassemble as problem looks to be maybe in leve. I wonder if there is a seal in there that went bad..

Is your area in a freeze right now... (I am sure they are... I am very South and we are)... did you drip your faucets to keep them from freezing? Doesn't matter on the age of the pipes... it's how much prevention you take (dripping, wrapping pipes.. etc)

You have just told us that you have pressure up to the valve. Shut the water off, open up the valve and pull and clean the inlet ports on the cartridge. Before you button up run the water for a moment to flush out the supplies and valve body. Good luck, Tom
