    My amplifier is strange.
I was just going on my laptop there so I turned down the volume on my guitar because the sound it makes in the amp. When the volumes up but I'm not playing it annoys me. It was only then I noticed I could faintly hear like a radio station or something from the amp. And I was like ><

I was just wondering why and is it normal?

But another thing, its only my practice amp. so its not likes it's a full on proper one.

    Much thanks :)

I won't use the word normal, but it can happen. It happens for two reasons: There may not be an RF filter in the input and/or output of the AMP and you live next to a strong radio station.

It can be picked up from the input of the amp or even the speaker cables. If you want to eliminate it, figure out if it's the inputs or the speaker cables. It could also come in from the power line.

Disconnect the input: is it there?
Make the speaker cables as short as possible. Is it there?

There are ways to fix it, but first determine where it's coming from: input, output or the power line.

Much Thanks for your respose =]

Emm no I don't live anywhere near a radio station (that I know of)...

I don't see any point in fixing it because I'll probably just get a new one and give my dad it back because that ones my dads one and I used it when I got my guitar, so I shall get a better one for myself..

    Again, Thanks =]
