    I want to know what petition to modify condition of probation/order means.
    I am on intensive probation and I am almost done with it. My question is what does PEtition to Modify Condition of Probation/order mean initials are PMP thank you

    A motion is a request to the court to do something basically.

    Modify is to make a change

    So they ( who ever filed this) are requesting that something about your probation be changed. Perhaps the status, or level of it,
