Hi my boyfriend went to his probation meeting and when he got there she told him that to come back at 1:00 he then went in front of the judge and this was for well his ex wife lost their kids in foster care. The case manager for the kids contacted his probation officer and when she said he was not taking the anger management class for the kids and she can't get a hold of him but they talk 1 week before he meant the probation officer to have all this set up now he is in jail has not yet had a hearing and this is to do with his kids for not taking the class and I guesswhen he 1st went on probation he has to follow all counsling and drug screen test but this class was not set up and he was talking to the kids case worker on setting it up. Tell me what you think thank you:)

If the court sets up specific rules, it is the person on probation responsibility to make sure they meet the conditions set up, not the court to be sure they do it. If he was to take anger management course, he should have been in the court office that same day finding out when and where.

And of course I have never heard the magic word "ATTORNEY" which a person should have anytime they are going to be in front of a judge or talk to authorities
