    Lucida- ds whitening pills
Lucida-ds website states that glutathione alone is NOT effective unless taken together with grapseed oil extract.

But the Watson's pharmacists there told me it's okay to take it on its own, without the aid of grapessed oil extract.

Also the dosages the web prescribes and the Watson's pharmacists are contradictory ( website says 3x per day, Watson's says 1x per day is enough ).

    Which instruction to follow?

I bought my first glutathione bottle today, with the grapeseed oil extract just to be sure, from the same brand. Which is quite pricey. Ugh.

Can anyone help me clarify the abovementioned confusion please? Thanks.

I take Lucida-ds with grapeseed oil extract. I know grapeseed has more potent of vit. C and e. great combination.
