I made myself faint a lot when I was a kid do you think it will effect me today and later in life?

How did you make yourself faint?

I cut off my air suplie at my throat I saw some kids doing it at school and I tried it and started doing it a lot this was when I was in middle school and today I've learned that it kills braincells when you do it and is a very serious matter and can possibly die from it

Well you would die from it when you were doing it, and sadly many people do it for a sexual experience ( don't understand that one at all)
While if you were doing it to yourself, then as soon as you fainted you let go and basically started breathing again automatically, most people that die have someone doing it to them, or are using some sort of rope or tie that does not let go when they faint.

I do personally doubt ( of course I am no doctor) that you did not do enough harm to be noticed, a lot of things kill brain cells. But if you are noticing any limitation in skills or other actions, it most certainly be looked at. And of course there is really no way to fix things and harm done to brain cells in the past,

Lol I know I wouldn't die today or any day soon because of that but I was thinking it effected me some how because I must have done it about 20 30 times but when I was doing it as soon as I fainted I let go and if someone's doing it to you they hold on a few months after I stopped doing it I would wake up and have similar effects like see my whole point of view flashing everything flashing when I streched out in the mornin and when peeps would hug me too hard I would get kind of drouzy but its been afew years since I've done it and none of that stuff no longer happens so I don't know we'll see what happens
