City council rent control & paramedic fee
The city council in my small city of 41k people has nearly doubled the rent control fee from $2.00 to $3.92 mo for mh park residents & they also charge a $4.34 mo paramedic fee that's mandatory as well.Thats $8.26 mo ( 99.12 yr ) the city is taking from me & I have no choice but to pay it.CAn I do anything about the rent control & paramedic fee ? The city ignores my e-mails & they are a very greedy city council that only looks out for their own intrests & not the residents of the city. They built a 13 million dollar city hall & a 750k little park in front of city hall. The list goes on & on.I believe I should at least not have to pay the paramedic fee cause they only pass the fee on to mobile home residents & not people in houses,condos,apts,etc.. You are still charged BIG time if they transport you to the hospital. My VA insurance covers me fully.

You hire an attorney and file in court to find that tax unconsititional.

Next run for city council next time and try to change things
