    Car insurance claim
Recently I have a car accident and the insurance from the driver, who cause the accident, send me a claim number and contact phone number but when I try to call them always I connected to answering machine. I need disparately any advise that tell me what to do.
What about hiring an attorney to deal this problem
    Thank you

You could hire an attorney. Is the contact number that you're speaking of the driver's or the insurance company's? Try dealing directly with the insurance company. If that gets you nowhere then you may need an attorney.

If it was me, I may just turn it over to my insurance if I had full coverage.
Also what was the original address or phone number, contact them back

And you can always just sue the driver and let him worry about getting his insurance company to answer you.

And also as cianci said, look up the main office of the insurance company and contact them.

Not unusual for claims adjusters to have the answering machines pick up and then return the call with a file in hand - do you leave a message?

People in accidents tend to be very upset and yell at claims adjusters so many of them prefer to have paperwork before they "take" the call.
