What will happen if I turn him in
What will happen if I turn my husband in for trying to use marriage to get green card. He lied to me and told me that was not the reason and then I found out later it was the reason.

Might depend on any evidence you have. Your word against his might not amount to very much. Also there might be time issues involved as far as how long marriage was. I don't know if he would be deported or not, but it might cause a lot of hassles for him.
That is all speculation on my part.

How do you prove it, but they don't even chase all of the illegals standing at home depo every morning, do you really think anyone is going to do much of anything.

That is easy for you to say!! You were not lied to, nor hurt like I have been!! I am just doing my best now to change my situation. My Life is hell everyday, and I fear that if I don't go to immigration that when I do divorce that I will have to pay from him. I have a 3 year old son. This guy tricked me played with my mind and now threatens me that if I leave this and this is going to happen. So if you have nothing positive to say or anything that will help me get out of my situation then you can keep your smart comments to yourself. Thank you very much!

How is your life hell every day?
Have you been to a counselor to get help figuring out what to do?

Hello again, sad:
Oh, I can tell you're really, really pissed off at him. He's probably a jerk too. I just don't think putting him in jail and then deporting him is the way to handle it.

Excon, can you imagine sharing that with the child later on in years? I tried to have your daddy deported because I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have to pay him any money or anything...
Never do anything in a divorce that you would be ashamed of if your kids find out. You also have to look yourself in the mirror everyday, and you don't want to be ashamed of what you see looking back at you.
Sadandstressed, you say nothing about your son's relationship with his father. I think that is a very large portion of the picture that is missing and severely limits any comments.
