    Brest implants
I'm thinking about getting implants. I'm currently a 36c and would like to go to a 36d, however I'm very scard that I will not wake up from the surgery. Has anyone out there went through with the surgery even though they were scared to death? If so are you happy with the results?

My breasts are real, but I know some people with breast implants. If your thinking about getting breast implants, it is important to get all your questions answered during consultation with the doctor. So I think you should write your important questions down before you go to see a doctor. Also, try not to get implants that are too large because it's going to make you look proportionally disfigured. Be sure to have the doctor describe alternatives and risks and limitations of each as well as review the recommended pre and post operative course with you. Good luck.

    Surgery
    Hi, Joking,
Being "put under" is a normal procedure now. If you are thinking of the type of anesthesia where you will be put to sleep, during the surgery, it's very normal.
There are considerations, that you can discuss with your doctor. If you are on oxygen, 24 hours a day, there are more precautions taken, with just a little more risk involved.
But, if you are a "normal" person, breathing OK, with no heart or lung problems, you don't have much to "worry" about.
Please discuss this with your doctor, and I am sure he/she can assure you that you will be fine, coming out of the anesthesia. Also, you will probalby have a different person administering the anesthesia, and he/she will also talk with you.
Here is a link explaining much about breast implants/surgery, with many other links for good information:

Personally, I think a woman looks GREAT naturally. But, that's just my own opinion.
I do wish you the best, and please talk with the doctor, so he/she can give you a "peace of mind" about waking up.

I have had two augmentations and am not happy. I plan to get a third and hopefully last augmentation soon. They may look good at first but they sag more and end up needing to be replaced.

I have breast implants! You should really research about the doctor you plan on using and ask questions. You should do fine. I was sore for a few days, then fine. I love my implants. I went from a 34b to a 34d. Good luck!
