    If you are sued in California, must Nevada uphold the suit?

    That might depend on the type of suit. I don't know for sure about it. I know in some cases it would be everywhere, but that is the extent of what I can offer.

    What do you mean? Do you mean if a judgment is obtained against you in California can it be collected in Nevada? If so, yes.
