    Child Abandonment
    My daughter is 9 months old and her dad has only seen her 3 times.. its been 5 months since he last saw her. How long before it is abandonment in the state of Ohio

    It is normally into years, first I guess why do you wish to have it declared abandoment, are you wanting to change the custody agreement ?
    Is he paying child support, what is the custody agreement you have in place though the court. What was his court ordered visitation agreement
