Transfer H1 before entry to US
    Hi,

I have an H1B stamped from a consultant but I have not entered US. In the meanwhile my current employer wants me to travel to US and therefore I wanted to know if there is any way to get my H1 transferred to my current employer without entering the US.

Please let me know how to go about doing this if the same is possible

    Thanks in advance

H1-B visa holder can work for multiple employers (full time or part-time) but each employer must file separate H-1B petition. H-1B visa holder can't work as self employed, freelancer or do the contact work in the free time.
