    Pain meds while pregnant
    I'm 26 weeks pregnant and my doctor has prescribe vitaril until I have the baby. Is it safe for me and more important for my baby?

    I'm sure its safe if your doctor prescribed it to you... I'm sure he knew you are pregnant right?

    As long as your doctor knows you are pregnant, they wouldn't prescribe anything that would be harmful to you or the baby.

    You mean Vistaril. Yes, it is safe to take at 26 weeks. The first trimester is when it is contraindicated, but safe to take in the second and third trimesters.
