I have never been a very outgoing person, but I find as the days go by I am finding it harder and harder to be around other people. I rarely talk to other people and almost never go and hang out with others, I have been spending more time in my head than around real people. How can I inprove the way I interact with and around other people.

How old are you? Are you comfortable around your family? I had serious trouble relating to others before I started taking medication for depression. Not saying that your problem is depression. Being alone all the time can be depressing in itself though. There are some people who are quite happy alone with themselves. Most of us aren't. If you're asking about it, talking on this site, you're not comfortable being alone. That is not a weakness. The fact that you're reaching out is awesome.
