    Ford brake light
    My ford explorers brake lights stay on unless I disconnect the battery, is this a sensor and where is it so I can replace it

    Depending upon what brake light (dash or rear) you are referring to:

    . Check brake master cylinder fluid level, to ensure it's not low.

    . Spray brake light switch, located just above the brake pedal, with WD-40. If the rear brake light still doesn't go out, adjust the switch.
