    Washer causes sewage to back-up
    Hi,
I am not mechanically inclined AT ALL. I rent a house where my land lord is not good at keeping up repairs, and blames me when she does. When I run my clothes washer, sewage comes up through the tub and toilet. The 2 sinks in the same bath and separate shower stall in same bath gurgle. The landlord did have a plumber out a few months ago. And said the problem is the toilet. Or what is being flushed. I had just moved in, but now I know I have not mis-used the toilet.
Short story long, what line is the real issue? Can I do anything myself, or do I start another fight with the landlord?
BTW, liquid plummer, baking soda with vinegar and bleach in all sinks and tub and in the washers drain line did not help at all.

    Please help,

Sounds to me like your Maine line is stopped up... and if your landlord does not want to do anything about it fix the problem yourself and take the cost off the rent...
