    Heating vents
    The heating vents blows out cold air. There is 3 vents in the bedroom and the room is still cold.

    More info,, what you got electric or gas furnace,, if gas is there a flame,, is it going through the paces,? is anything working besides the blower? is the thermostat set correctly?

Does it make a difference to close all the vents upstairs so the heat rises? Or should you leave them all open?
