    95 honda cvic
    I have a 95 honda civic and there is water coming out of the tail pipe,Those this mean the engine is know good.

    It may just be condensation, due to the colder weather, that's blowing out. White smoke would likely indicate a head gasket leak and antifreeze being burned, usually caused by overheating.
