    Partial F Test
In exercise 12.50 you will perform partial F tests by using the following fresh detergent models.

    Model 2: y = Bo + B1X1 + B2X2 + B3X3 + B4DB + B5Dc + epsilon

The value of SSE for model 2 is 0.5420

    In model 2, test Ho : B4 = B5 = 0 by setting alpha equal to 0.05 and 0.01. Interpret your results.

Please help, and tell me how you would do the question in excel
