I have 2 dogs from the same litter I adopted from a neighbor who was going to take them to the pound. They are half Blue Tick.
Baby Girl is dominate over Sarah when it comes to food but they play together as if nothing is ever wrong.
2 days ago Sarah stopped running, jumping, playing and eating. Baby Girl is as usual, trying to play , eats everything in site.
They are both about 13 months old and about 50 lbs.
Neither are spayed and neither have had their shots.
They are in a fence and do not eat from the table.
I have never had a problem with their food
I don't know what to do. I have walked around the yard to look at their poop but none looks out of the ordinary.

Something I'd never seen before yesterday, After Baby girl was finished eating she ran over and growled at Sarah to get her food.
2 days ago she was perfect. Now she walks around with her head down. I pulled her out and tried to let her eat by herself and she ate a hand full. I even tried to feed her a piece of hamburger and she wouldn't take it. I showed it to Baby Girl and she snatched it from my hand like she'd never eaten.

I felt Sarah's stomach to see if she would pull away from pain but nothing. She sort of lifts when I try to touch it.

Now when I walk out there she walks the other way looking at me like I am going to hurt her. All she does is lay around now. If she gets up it's like it takes all her energy and she stands in one spot like she hates to move.

I hate going through this again after I lost my favorite dog in the world last year (Dec 4th).

There is no possible way she is pregnant, they are girls and I never let them out without a leash.

She is drinking plenty of water. I just saw where she vomited a small bit of whitish, bubbly, thick looking liquid.

There are no Vets in my area open on Sun. So I am anticipating calling the vet in the morning hoping to get an appointment.

I have not seen her go to the bathroom. I did see some poop that wasn't fully solid. It looked like it was a little watery.
Baby Girl is the "chewer". She chews on everything. She is the one who plays with the toys. I have never seen Sarah even sniff one.
We call Sarah the "Girly Girl/Princess" and Baby Girl the "Tom Boy" because Sarah just likes to be rubbed and Baby Girl likes to Rough House and play fetch.

One thing I can't figure is if it is a Virus, why is Sarah sick and not Baby Girl too?
Friday she was Perfect and Sat she wouldn't do Anything.

I'm not sure why she wouldn't be eating, but since she does not have her shots, she may be suffering from something that could have been prevented, so GET THE SHOTS.

But is sounds like you are correct that she needs to see the vet. Sometimes it is tough to know what calls for immediate care, and what you should wait a day or 2 on.

Bill, call the vet in the morning and get her in for an examination ASAP. There is nothing anyone here can do for you. We cannot examine your dog online and it could be anything. If they are left alone outside all day, she could have eaten something that is causing a blockage. You haven't stated if you know definitely that she is defecating. The fact that they do not have their shots is more than troubling to me. Distemper, rabies,. anything is possible. An infected squirrel could have bitten her. I am more than dismayed at the fact that they have not been vetted properly. I hope she is okay. If she is, if you love your dogs, you need to make sure they are up to date on shots, and get the "guarding" issue that is occurring with your alpha female "Baby Girl" under control. If she is doing this now with her sister, she could very easily do some damage to someone at a later time. Such as, biting a friend that is visiting you that she believes might take her food, or simply is in what she views as her territory.
