    I do not know where you live but Johnson & Johnson makes a baby bath with natural oils, such as eucalytpus, for stuffy noses. I think it is called, "Soothing Vapor Baby Bath" and Gerber makes a soap called, "Gerber Grins and Giggles Vapor Bath Soap."
