    Carrier furnace won't ignite
    I have a carrier Day & Night furnace model # 394JAZ0480800AAFA, It won't ignite. When I turn on the furnace the igniter starts but won't light the pilot. If I use a match it will light the pilot.

    What part needs to be replaced? Where can I find that part number and where can I buy the part?

    I saw your other post. I would try to clean the pilot orifice based upon the discription on this post. The pilot might not be putting out enough gas to let the spark set it off.
