    Time and motivation!
I absolutely ned to drop a few (alot) pounds. I've been told that I do carry my weight well and when I tell people what I weigh or what size pants I wear they are usually shocked. BUT when I look in the mirror I am disgusted with myself. Its been a reallllly long time since I could be naked in front of my fiancé and feel comfortable. I would like to loose about 50 lbs but I work all the time and I'm in cosmetology school all day. I try to eat breakfast and lunch but sometimes I'm in such a rush :/

Here are some easy ways to help drop weight by making small adjustments in your day

    1) No pop, sugary crappy drinks, energy drinks, etc. Not even diet. They are crap for you.
    2) Take the stairs, walk if you can, don't always drive or take an elevator
    3) Wear a pedometer, it'll tell you how many steps you take a day, make a conscious effort to increase them.
    4) Don't eat crap just because it's fast, pack a healthy sandwich or a healthy snack and eat healthy when you get home if you have to.
    5) When you do eat something not so great for you, eat half of it and get rid of the rest, so you won't be tempted to eat it all
    6) Watch your portions. Don't eat just because it's there, stop eating when you are hungry. Eat slower and you will realize you are full before you eat all that food!
    7) Make sure to get enough rest and drink enough water, and lay off the sale, they will help you from retaining more weight.

This question is very similar to the question "How do I motivate someone?" But, at the same time, very different. I've always heard the adage, "Don't try to change your man." My boyfriend, who is also a musician, has trouble motivating himself in every area of his life. I had to take a break...
