    Alternative to orgasm
    Is there an alternative to orgasm? Or how to orgasm without intercourse or mastrubation?

    How to stop the sex/mastrubation craving?

    I have abstained from sex/mastrubation but it makes me more stressed and annoyed. I want to my celibacy to be natual. - anyone , any suggestions?

    While I respect your wish to be celibate, I must tell you that celibacy is not natural. We are born sexual. It is not dirty, it is part of who you are. Large amounts of physical exertion may help to alleviate tension and make sex less of a craving. There are also foods you can eat and herbs to make tea out of that aid the body in creating more oxytocin. This hormone is released at orgasm. As far as orgasm without direct stimulation, just use your imagination to the max.
