    Paycheck check garnishment
    If I have a capital one credit card and It was charged off and the collection agency is threating to garish my wages, can they do that? Even If I am telling them an amount that I can pay and they say this not acceptable. I also live in California, if that makes a difference

    Yes of course they can as long as you have not paid them the amount due and as long as it is still within the statue of limitation.
