Silencing the buzzer on a Kenmore Dryer
I just bought a Kenmore upright dryer and the buzzer is loud and quite annoying. It buzzes five minutes before the end of the drying cycle, as well as at the end of the cycle. The model number is 970-094812-00. Can anyone inform me as to how to disable this buzzer. I have contacted the Kenmore support line, yet they claim that they don't know how to do this.

It's odd that you don't have a switch to turn the buzzer off,I have a whirlpool washer/dryer and the dryer has a signal swich and this set is 2 years old.
