Day & night furnace not igniting
    Hey all:

I have a '73 Day & Night furnace that won't ignite after being shut down for the season. I have a pilot light and the unit reponds to the thermosat, at least the blower kicks on.

I have seen a couple of things that might be possible fixes and wanted some other opinons.

1 -replace the lock out timer
2 -cycle power to the unit to see if it resets

    Thanks for your help,

    Dave

The pilot lite on this furnace has a 3 wire switch I believe. It could be worn out with age not allowing the main burner to come on.
