    Autoarized buyer on a credit card
    Hi my mother-n-law had me as a autozided buyer only on her credit cards .she passed away back in June now the credit card company has trying to get me to pay her bills .
    Because I was only a buyer on her account can they make me pay her bills.We did not have a joint account.
    Please let me know

    If you never signed anything, then you aren't obligated. Write the company a certified letter telling them that. You may never hear from them again.

    If you were only listed as an authorized used of the card and never signeds the application as a co-borrower then they are just blowing smoke. Tell them to leave you alone and stop bothering you.
