    I recDo I receive alimony?
    I have legally been married for 31 years. I moved to las vegas and my spouse is in NJ. Am I entitled to alimony?

    I think both states award alimony. Which state would the divorce be filed in?

    Maybe or maybe not, perhaps they will want you to pay them, who was the major bread winner, what is the reasons for divorce, did one spouse give up something ( job, education, carrerr) to help the other person in their earnings.
