I live in jersey and not married I have a 7 mnt old dec 15 here's the questiong the father doesn't have a job he hasn't for 3 mnts now I haVE moved back with my parents because made us get evicted. Now the father has refused to change diapers feed my child anh since we left the apt in sept he has only wANTED TO SEE THE CHILD 3 TIMES the pedeatriction has told me to feed my child a certain way because he has acid reflux. The father refusses to do it that way. The father always wanted to hold and play with my son when he was asleep . The child cries he hands it off to the next avaible person .the questions is will the judge give him anything but superviserd visitations because of his immaturaty an that he don't want the resopsibality I don't want him to get my son without him getting supervision by social worker and I don't trust him how does the judge usually go
