    Noma Programmable thermostat
I moved into a house with a Noma programmable thermostat, there are no instructions on how to program it. I have been turning it on to heat, and up until now it has been operating fine. But tonight it won't heat above 15 degrees, it begins to cycle, then cuts out, I hit the over-ride button, but it cycles up then cuts out continuously. I would not mind too much, but it is vey cold tonight, and my kids are freezing! Any suggestions would be more than welcome.
