When did I concive?
I got my period on 08/08/07 and had sex on the 14th using the withdraw method, then I had sex on the 21 and not use any method in fact my boyfriend ended inside of me. I got pregnant, but my U/S shows that my conception date could have been between 13-17. How can this be?

In a fertile environment, sperm can live up to 5 days... so it sounds like you got pregnant from sexual intercourse on the 14th using the withdraw method (which isn't a form of protection).

It means you got pregnant on the 14th. The withdrawl method is a method of getting pregnant, not a method to avoid it.

The withdrawral method is soooooooo unreliable, like women men become lubricated during sex , they relase a small amount of pre , this still contains lots of working tadpoles to do the job,lol... anyway congratulations !

Firstly, the withdrawal method should NEVER be used as a form of birth control. It is NOT, there is sperm in pre-ejaculation

Yes, withdrawal is not a method, at all, it is just not finishing your sexual contact. It does lower the amount of sperm, but does not stop them.
So who ever is telling anyone this is a method, needs to learn the truth. Also does it really matter, one or the other, only a couple week apart, knowing an exact date is not always really that possible, it is always est from last periods and so on.

I would say your date of conception would have to be around the 20-22

You said it yourself, it could be between the 14th-17th so you could have gotten pregnant. The 21st like you would think! Everyone is different! Doctors DO NOT know everything, they can't!(they just go by what they were taught and if they can prove the results even if they might be a little off! They can't be perfect!) COngrats! : ) GOOD LUCK!
