    I'm stupid.THEFT under $5000.
I'm in Canada.I was caught by security, then they called the police. Then I tell the police it's my first time and I won't do it again.the police check my ID and said "will you do it again" . I said "i wont do it again" . The police said "... give you a break... if you do it again in 1year 2year 3year... something like that(I am not really understand english)... police just maarked down my information on a book(like a note).. police didn't give me anything. But the security tell me I can't go to this store for 1 year and they will send me a fine.
1.Am I going to be charged by the store or police?
    2.Do I have a criminal record now?
3.my friends said I am fine if I don't do it again?it's true?

I do not think that you are in trouble. Stay out of the store. Be good! Don't steal!

You won't be in any trouble if the cops don't make a report or take you to jail here in the states anything over 250 is a felony now if the store is going to send you a fine... id laugh because the have legal right to do so if its not proccessed through a court as far as you having a criminal record... you would know if you did and if you don't know look it up online public access

Consider yourself lucky if you got off that much.

The cops may have made a notation that will show up if you are every charged again. But this is not a notation that will show up in any background or criminal record check. Neither will the store's record.

You got off lightly, learn from this.

And the store gave me a note:"This store intends to seek full compensation in civil court for its financial losses as a result of your actions."

If I pay the fine , does it means this case is over?
Will the police charge me ine this case?

You are fine, you do not have a criminal record but you will have to pay a hefty fine probably around $500.

This can show up on a Police check - depends on whether the Police bother entering it in their computer system. These "stay out of here" warnings are often entered so other stores will be aware and if there is another problem they will charge with a crime.
