    Waterless Toilet
After flushing the toilet, no water came into the tank. I've checked and my water is not shut off at the valve or anywhere else in my house?

This could be one of the things that might cause this. You may have a FluidMaster Valve, it is grey with a black cap. There is a small diaphragm inside that needs to be replaced, you can get them at almost any hardware store, it will have instructions with it. Now this only works if you have a Fluid Master Ballcock # 400.
