    Homelite dual feed trimmer string
    What is the proper way to install/ replace string in a dual feed trimmer?

    Pull off about 15' of line, hold one end about 4" longer than the other, go to the middle and begin winding. at the end of the line when you have about 8" or so on each, hook into the knotches, and feed the line through the head's holes. Then tighten everything up.
