    If one peson is on he lease but has an overnight guest at least 50% but usually more, what can be done. Is the lease breached. The apt was rented as a single person. I recently had this happen and was not sure what to do.

    Also there is limited parking for 1 spot for that apt and the town discourages on street parking.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Depends on how the lease is written. Sometimes a lease specifically mentions overnight guests and places limits on them. If there is nothing in the lease, then no breach has occurred.

    As for the parking issue. If there is only one slot allocated for that apt, the landlord can order any other car towed away. If the town discourages on street parking, then the guest just has to take their chances.
