Do I have a case to Sue a Doctor office in Texas?
Hi, here is my case, I'm working for a Janitorial Co. in Texas, I'm cleaning a Doctor office at night time.
Last Wednesday before the holidays, I was pulling the trash can from one office, the administration office to be more specific, and when I was pulling the trash from the can, suddenly one "Syringe" came out the trash, almost poked my right hand. Was a big surprise for me, because all Syringe have to be in the special can in each "Examination Room" were nobody has any kind of access to the "Hazard materials". My question is. Do I have a real case in order to Sue this Doctor, because I found this Syringe in a regular trash can belong to a regular Office.
    Thanks.

There was no injury. I don't see how you can pursue a case without injury.

Someone failed to follow protocol and you could probably get them in trouble. I would definitely look closer when emptying the cans. Glad you weren't hurt.

No, because you suffered no loss or injury. I would bring it to the Doctor's office's attention, of course, so it doesn't happen again.
