Ummmm... what?

You want a solution of magnesium phosphate... and black oxide... for a coating that is abrasion resistant?

What is the application? What is it going on? Tell us a little more about what you are trying to do... is this an industrial application? Is it a home app? Water based? Solvent based? Need more info...

I'm not a coatings specialist, but I've worked some on formulations in the printing industry... might be able to help if I knew more details.
