    Paid wrong for 2 years
    At my employment I currently have 2 positions, for my second position I have been paid wrong the whole 2 years I have been in the department,(ive been paid for my first position) my boss knows this and has ignored and has failed to correct this error, been to boss, hr, payroll, and union still no results what can I do??

    Sue them in small claims court. It's quick, cheap and easy.

    What is wrong? I can't believe the union is standing for this. So maybe you are misinterpreting something.
